How soon will I get my order?

Most of our clothing items are printed on demand which means they may not be dispatched for 1-2 days after order. You'll receive an email when your order has been posted and this will contain a tracking link if you chose a tracked service at checkout. Generally all orders are delivered within 48 hours from dispatch by Royal Mail.

If you have placed a bulk order for your lodge we will advise on the expected shipping date and method when you order.

What are your P&P rates?

Rates vary based on the total weight of your order and whether you choose tracked or untracked shipping.

Can I come in to try something on, or collect my order?

You'd be most welcome! Please contact us in advance to arrange so we can make sure we have the required size sample available and/or your order is ready to collect.

Our premises are in Blackburn, just off the Beehive roundabout near Royal Blackburn Hospital.

We're often out and about so please don't turn up without an appointment as we may not be in!

Can I return my item for an exchange or refund?

Yes, we operate a "refund and reorder" exchange policy, meaning you can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order for the required items.

Do you offer free returns?

No, we do not have the facility to generate return postage labels so returns are at the customers' cost, however if you are returning due to our error (faulty product or wrong item sent) then we will reimburse the cost of your return postage.

Can I amend an order after it's been placed?

It depends where in the production and postage process your order is but sometimes is possible so contact us (quickly!)

Do you have size guides available?

Yes. We put "to fit chest" sizes on all our size selectors, but if you require more detailed size guides these can often be provided. Contact us and let us know which product you require them for.

Can I order items with my lodge/chapter/hall crest on?

You can indeed! We have the ability to create your own bespoke items either delivered to you in bulk or through your own lodge page on this website.

Why are your products printed rather than embroidered?

For a number of reasons!

The Festival 2026 crest is a beautiful and intricate design which is not suitable for embroidery as so much of the detail would be lost, print results in a much better reproduction of the design.

Secondly, print allows for each item to be produced on demand, whereas embroidery cannot feasibly be done on demand. This means that funds are not required to purchase lots of stock, and a much wider range is available as we don't need to hold stock of each item.

Additionally, it means we can print lodge/chapter crests on custom items if you require!

Are your products sustainable?

Every effort is made to ensure all our products are made from sustainable materials. You can read more about it here.

Some products are just not yet made in eco friendly materials (ceremonial gloves for example) or for health and safety reasons have to be made from specific fabrics (children toys).

Will new products become available in the future?

The range will be constantly reviewed and added to with new products. Sign up for the email newsletter using the box at the bottom of every page to be the first to hear about new arrivals!

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at this time due to the huge rise in international postage costs since Brexit. If you require an order sending overseas please contact us direct and we will calculate postage costs based on your specific order and destination.
